How to Use

1. Peel: Remove the pad from the wrapper and peel the adhesive paper from the back of the pad.
2. Attach: Press the pad firmly onto the center of your underwear.
3. Secure: Remove the adhesive paper from the wings (if applicable) and wrap them around the underside of your panty for extra security and to keep the pad firmly in place.  
4. Dispose: Wrap the used pad in its original wrapper (or toilet paper) and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush down the toilet.
